"Let Go"

This little piece is very near and dear to my heart. I tend to use a lot of symbolism or none at all. This one is entirely symbolic.
Letting go is a huge concept. Physically, mentally, emotionally. We cry when we're sad, happy, angry, relieved. When we're concentrating we'll physically hold, or clench, any number of areas in our body. Like our hands or our feet. The most common is the shoulders. Have you ever noticed how people will often have their shoulders up near their ears? You ever do that?
One would think that letting go is the easiest thing to do. Instantaneous. Like when you're angry. Definately easier said than done.
