"The Birth of Venus"
4' X 4' Oils and Colored Pencil on Stretched Canvas
The central figure is a female torso, stretching, from her throat to just above her knees. If you look closely at her left breast you'll see a very small nose and mouth that is her nipple.
There is a bandaged masculine leg up next to her right side. To the right of the leg is a cauldron filled and surrounded by flames. Inside the cauldron is a winged female riding on the back of a female lion. She has a heart tatooed on her thigh just below a garter belt.
A tube runs along the top and spills milk into a dark mask imbedded in the wall. Milk drips from the mouth of the mask into the inner earth pond pond of milk below it.
