There are so many nuances that just can't be seen online. You really have to see these physically in front of you. They are lovely. I tend to paint images within images. I like to paint in thin layers. Glaze over glaze. This way I benefit from some of the advantages of oils. I can paint wet on wet. The glazes will be dry within a few days and I can paint wet on dry again.
